FRIDAY NIGHT FLIGHTS
AIRCRAFT RIDES
These rides are available to youth ages 8-17 by local volunteer pilots donating there time and aircraft. Day of the event, a waiver may be signed then redeemed for a ticket. Tickets are then redeemed for flights. Limited rides are available and subject to cancelation in the event of poor weather.
FOOD
Beacon Air Group will offer free brats & chips. to the community. There will also be food trailers onsite and the onsite coffee shop, BW Blacksmith will be open. They are open M-Sat 7:30-2 to the general public.
LIVE MUSIC
Bring your chairs and listen to live tunes from the balcony featuring local musicians. Music will be provided thru the duration of the event.
STATIC DISPLAYS
Get up and close to aircraft, see inside them and talk to some of their pilots. Also displayed will be the equipment that services them. For the restless kids, a bouncy house and other activities will be provided.
VENDORS
Some local vendors and military recruiters will will be onsite offering promotional material and educational oppurtunities. Interested vendors may email joel@beaconairgroup.com
TOURS
Get up and close to to some airport operators to take a inside look of there operations. Tours will be at 5, 6 and 7 pm and last approximately 15 minutes. No reservations necessary.

No smoking or vaping at the event. Aircraft hold substantial amounts of fuel.
Trash and aircraft don't mix. Trash, known as FOD, can both be ingested in aircraft engines and becomes a projectile upon exit.
Security is paramount and spectators must stay within the marked area.
Have fun and come back anytime. Were here all year around.
No backpacks allowed. Allowed items are water and chairs.
This is NOT an airshow. This is a open house event opened up to the community. Parking will be limited.

FRIDAY NIGHT FLIGHTS
Come join us for Friday Night Flights, July 26 from 5pm-8pm. This is a free open house to the general public to view aircraft on display, learn more about your airport and its many uses. For our youth, you may have an opportunity to take flight on a short aircraft ride with a local pilot. There will be free brats and chips, live music and some informational seminars for those interested and fun for all.
