Primary Purpose of the Position
The Line Service Technician (LST) serves our customers' needs and wants as they relate to based and transient aircraft, the aircraft owners, guests, and crews. While an LST’s main job duties are focused upon the technical services provided to the aircraft (fueling, towing, parking, basic cleaning, etc.), exceptional customer service skills are absolutely vital for the successful completion of this role. The LST ensures that every arriving /departing aircraft receives all ground support services in a timely fashion with high energy and a smile.
Essential Functions
Creates an environment of teamwork by having a yes attitude so that the needs of our customers and each other are met
Ensures a safe operation
Anticipates the wishes and needs of passengers and flight crews, and makes fast decisions using judgment consistent with company policies with minimal supervision
Responsible for the marshaling, greeting, towing, de-icing, general servicing and fueling of aircraft
Maintains our facility and grounds, vehicles, and equipment
Carries out assigned duties in relation to fuel quality control including receiving, handling, and dispensing of fuel to comply with Company policy and the regulatory standards per ATA 103 and NFPA 407
Adhere to schedule as posted. When assigned to call-out duties, you must be within 30 minutes of the airport and within cell service at ALL times
Performs other duties deemed necessary and assigned by shift-lead or Line Manager
Qualifications:
Lineman must be at least 18 years of age
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Mechanical aptitude with ability to operate a wide variety of aircraft ground support equipment
Valid Driver’s License
Passion
Reports to: Line Manager
Physical Requirements: Work in all weather conditions and be capable of lifting up to 50lbs consistently
Schedule: We are open daily including holidays. Shifts are set and range from 6 to 12 hours. Overtime opportunities.
Line/FBO Manager
Primary Purpose of the Position
The Line Manager sets the tone at our facility and is responsible for all aspects of Line Services activities. The Line Manager ensures departmental compliance with rules, regulations, and policies of the Company, the Airport Authority, and all local or State agencies affecting the Airport and FBO operations. The individual must strive to be a technical subject matter expert with regard to all areas of the operation. The individual will be responsible for all quality control functions and associated audits, in addition to all responsibilities of the Line Service Technician. The individual will report directly to the General Manager.
Essential Functions
Responsible for all Line Service Tech duties in addition to Line Manager duties
Sets the tone for the facility
Ultimately responsible for the safety of our team
Responsible for ATA 103, NFPA 407, FAA and DEQ training, standard adherence, paperwork and associated audits
Responsible for managing and maintaining contracts and vendor relations
Responsible for the Line Service technicians, associated hiring, performance evaluations, training, and their general well being
Responsible for maintaining all equipment and facilities with company personnel and/or vendors
Qualifications:
Four year college degree
A valid state driver's license
5 years of Line work experience and at least 2 as a line manager
Mechanical aptitude with ability to operate a wide variety of aircraft ground support equipment
ATA 103 comprehension
Reports to: General Manager

CSR
Primary Purpose of the Position
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves our customers' needs and wants as they relate to based and transient aircraft, the aircraft owners, guests, and crews. Exceptional customer service skills are absolutely vital for the successful completion of this role. The CSR's ensure ultimate responsibility for anticipating our customers needs and wants, and ensuring that they met or exceeded each time. Receives all ground support services from each arriving/departing aircraft in a timely fashion with high energy and a smile.
Essential Functions
Creates an environment of teamwork by having a yes attitude so that the needs of our customers and each other are met
Ensures a safe operation
Anticipates the wishes and needs of passengers and flight crews, and makes fast decisions using judgment consistent with company policies with minimal supervision
Responsible for assisting and responding to all phone, email, and walk in inquires
Maintains our customers' accounts and ensures all billing is done accurately and in a timely manner
Provides a first-class concierge service to our customers including, but not limited to catering, hotels, transportation and activities
Adheres to schedule as posted. When assigned to call-out duties, must be within 30 minutes of the airport and within cell service at ALL times
Performs other duties deemed necessary and assigned by shift-lead or Office Manager
Qualifications:
CSR's must be at least 18 years of age
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional computer skills including Google products, phone systems, Quickbooks Online, and other industry specific platforms
Valid Driver’s License

Office Manager
Primary Purpose of the Position
The Office Manager (OM) serves our customers' and employees' needs and wants. While the office manager's main job duties are focused on administrative duties, exceptional customer service skills are absolutely vital for the successful completion of this role. The office manager's duties are among the most diverse but rewarding positions within our organization.
Essential Functions
Includes all the duties of a Customer Service Representative in addition to the job of an Office Manager
Creates an environment of teamwork by having a yes attitude so that the needs of our customers and each other are met
Ensures a safe operation
Manages our accounting platform including:
Ultimate AR & AP responsibility
Payroll and associated duties
Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
Managing income and expenditure accounts
Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data
Keeping a check on the company's finances based on financial status
Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
Manages the companies human resource duties including:
Manages the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding
Ensures job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
Develops training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
Creates a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
Investigates employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
Ensures the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including tax and permitting
Performs other duties deemed necessary and as assigned by General Manager
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Ability to work independently and great analytical skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in the G Suite & Quickbooks
Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
