#1 buy a FLIGHT (best for infrequent and varying trip needs)

This option allows ultimate flexibility with no strings attached. Best for one off trips or <50hrs annually. You can quote using our charter page widget or we can quote using our network of aircraft with varying ranges, speeds and size. No memberships and no commitments. This is great for those with varying mission requirements from short hops with just you to those cross country trips with 10 people. We'll compete nationwide for best pricing and solutions. TAX: All charter is subject to 7.5% FET and a segment tax

#2 buy a SHARE (buy, pay and use what you need)

Limited options are now available to provide a shared managed solution of your Cessna Citation (C525) aircraft. If you can benefit from aircraft ownership but don't need the full utilization, we'll sell you a share starting at 75hr/75day increments or quarter share (1/4). This helps spread those high fixed costs out to offset your expense. This is available based upon location and demand of our managed fleet.

PURCHASE: CJ1: $500k, CJ2 $900k, CJ3 $1.4mm

ANNUAL: This includes your fixed expenses and is a set rate to include pilots, hangar, *maintenance and insurance.

HOURLY: You pay for the fuel you use at COST and any required FBO services!

*maintenance includes both scheduled and unscheduled but includes maintaining the asset, not improvements or modifications to include but not limited to paint, interior, avionics or other improvements.

#3 buy a AIRCRAFT (professionally managed with leaseback)

Limited options are now available to provide a managed, revenue generating opportunities of your Piper Meridian or Cessna Citation (C525) aircraft. If you can benefit from aircraft ownership but don't need the full utilization, we'll lease your asset back that makes up our charter fleet. This helps spread those high fixed cost out with a revenue component to offset your expense. This is available based upon location and demand of our managed fleet.

PURCHASE: Acquisition cost/prebuy/conformity

ANNUAL: This includes an annual management fee

MAINTENANCE: This is billed at direct costs. Management of maintenance included in annual fee

LEASEBACK: All charter revenue is pooled to cover expenses then split according to management agreement
